APARTAMENTOS-ALACARTA offers you for your perfect holidays a very central one-bedroom apartment in Puerto Rico! It is fully equipped and located in the complex Los Veleros in Agua La Pera.
The apartment consists of a practical and functional kitchenette with all cooking utensils. The living room has a sofa bed, a TV and wifi. The bedroom has a double bed and a built-in wardrobe and the bathroom has a shower. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of three adults (or two adults and two children).
The terrace is large and it has stunning views over Puerto Rico harbour and towards the sea. The complex has a nice heated pool right below the apartment.
There are many facilities such as restaurants, shops and supermarkets and it is close to our agency if you need help or advice. It is about 5 minutes away from the beach and the harbour of Puerto Rico with countless possibilities to enjoy a pleasant boat trip, an exciting jetski or parascending ride or any other excursion or activity to make your vacation unforgettable.
The price per week is €560 in winter season / €455 in summer season (check our reduced prices for stays longer than one month) and we charge a breakage deposit from which we deduct final cleaning and possible damages at the end of your stay.
