All of the furniture, finishings and fittings are brand new, including new double glazing, and air conditioning in the bedrooms. The communal swimming pool has been refurbished and the common areas leading to the apartment are nearing completion after renovation works. In addition to the two bedrooms, there is also a sofa bed in the living room with seperate bed linen. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a new oven. On the ground floor there is a small utility room with a washing machine. The refurbished first floor bathroom includes a large shower and vanity unit with a mirror.

Off of both of the bedrooms on the first floor there is a small terrace which overlooks the swimming pool. The shopping centre, with its many restaurants, bars and supermarkets, is a few minutes walk away. The beach is a ten minute walk away.

Please note that the apartment and the swimming pool area have been completely refurbished. Additionally the common areas, walkways etc have been refurbished but these are currently 90% complete. There are small areas of paving and painting to be completed in these areas but these do not affect the use of the apartment or pool.

The price per week is €588 in low season (contact us for prices at other times of year and reduced prices for stays longer than a month) and we charge a deposit from which final cleaning, laundry and possible damages at the end of your stay are discounted.
