It is a private apartment in quiet residential complex Guayana with fantastic location and on the ground floor it has a living room with TV, a well equipped kitchen and a terrace with direct access to the community swimming pool. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (sleeps maximum 4 people), a complete bathroom and a balcony with nice views towards the beach. We have several houses in this complex so we can accommodate also bigger families or groups.
There are many facilities like restaurants, shops and supermarkets in the neighbouring shopping centres and it is very near to our agency if you need help or advice.
It is about 10 minutes walk to the beach and the harbour of Puerto Rico with countless possibilities to enjoy a nice boat trip, an exciting dive or parascending ride or any other excursion or activity to make you holidays unforgettable. The Price per week is 630€ in summer season (check with us reduced prices for stays over month) and we charge breakage deposit out of which we discount cleaning, bed linen and possible damages at the end of your stay.
